Life and money saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in North Carolina where we have hot weather AND high humidity. My AC unit died about five years ago and I was advised to replace both furnace and AC. I simply didn't have the money, so I opted to use fans and a dehumidifier and manage without AC. This worked pretty well until the old dehumidifier died. I replaced it with a Frigidaire model and the improvement was fantastic! We have had more 90+ degree days this summer than ever before, and we have been comfortable, thanks to our dehumidifier and a good floor fan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dehumidifier and have been quite pleased with its performance. It removes a LOT of water every day from the large room where it is placed. That room is on the north side of the home, and never gets sunlight. It stays moist without the dehumidifier. That unit has made a huge difference in the livability of that room.

Dehumidifier for basement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am satisfied with this unit for the basement. We had lots of rain last summer and humidity built up. It ran continuous for about a month. I did buy a second unit so I did not burn this one up. The second unit had a pump.
I did not want the pump on the first unit. It worked great. no issues. I am not crazy about the humidistat reading in increments of 5. I used the drain kit and it worked fine taking the water to the sump pump.
