Excellent Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago to replace a 50 pint unit. Main reason we like the Frigidaire 50 or 70 pint units is the direct drain option and a handle. We hang it above our dryer on bike hooks and run the drain hose down our washer drain pipe.

Unit leaks out the bottom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit in 05/2016, and it's now leaking out of the bottom of the unit,and NOT filling the water bucket.
I have kept the filter as clean as I could, cleaning it at every other water emptying.
I'm currently contacting the vendor I bought it from.
The unit hasn't been moved since turning it on.

Cowchute, thank you for sharing your dehumidifier review with us. I regret that your dehumidifier is leaking and not filling the bucket. I have a few things for you to check regarding the leaking matter. Please ensure all connections have been checked, including the garden hose (if used). Please check to make sure the bucket fits tightly into its space, and that there are no cracks or damage to the bucket or the dehumidifier itself. Sometimes when using a garden hose (if you are), the threading can become loose. If this is the case, you can try to use plumbers tape to wrap around the threading and then hook the hose back up.
