Excellent Dehumidifer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our dehumidifier a few weeks ago to put into our basement. This Frigidaire dehumidifier has worked really well! It does a good job keeping our entire basement "dry", it is a quiet unit, and looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and am happy with it. This unit is a upgrade from the unit that I previously owned. The unit I had before was subjected to a recall. I liked it also but due to the recall I replaced it. I have had good luck with my purchases of Frigidaire products. Their customer service appears to be somewhat knowledgeable about their products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped Working After 4 Months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this one after I received a refund for the FFAD7033R1 that stopped working a few months after purchased due to a F0 code. Decided to go back to Frigidaire with purchasing this unit because I already have another one. I purchased this model on Jun 20, 2016 and it frosted up several times in October (4 months later). Called customer service and was issued another refund. Guess the quality is not there with these dehumidifiers. The other FAD704DWD that I mentioned was purchased in 2015, and that one is still running fine (fingers crossed).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
