[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed this for the basement that gets some leaks from rain water when a heavy rain happens. This didn't do as good of a job as my older one. I use it everyday just to keep the musty smell away, it does ok for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model due to its high ratings. Unfortunately, it began displaying one humidity level - 90%. The Zenith company was great. They had me try a few tricks to see if we could reset it but unfortunately it did not so they paid me what I paid for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding Machine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dehumidifier for over 3 months now in a very damp basement, particularly during the summer months and it effectively removes the moisture and keeps the basement dry. The water bucket is easy to remove to discard the water. The Autosense feature that automatically turns the dehumidifier on and off is a very convenient feature. Simply the best Dehumidifier I've ever owned.

Quiet and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the unit for about two months. It does an excellent job of pulling A LOT of moisture out of the air in a short amount of time. It is also fairly quiet which is nice because I work from home in a basement office and the dehumidifier is right outside the door. The only complaint I have is with the humidity setting. If I set it at 50% it seems to cycle on and off as it should (in fact now that the weather has turned much colder the unit is almost never on). But if I turn it down to 45% the fan runs almost constantly and the compressor can be heard cycling on and off frequently. I'm not sure why it does this.

Great Product!
