Exceeded expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We get a lot of rain in Western Washington and I wish I had bought one years ago. I use it in a small closed garage and it removes about a gallon of water per day. I can feel the difference when I work in the garage. It doesn't feel as cold as before and my tools are not rusting. The FAD704DWD is simple to use and effective it is. I keep the fan on high speed most of the time, but a 3-speed fan would be nice to have. I checked the internet to determine which model would be best for me, and I am glad that I chose the Frigidaire.

Stopped working after 5 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Five months after I bought the de humidifier it stopped working, and kept getting an EC error code. The good news is that when I reported the issue to Frigidaire, my purchase price was refunded. I'm now looking to buy a new de humidifier before the spring.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use ! Turn it on and forget about it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first got the unit out basement was pretty damp .. I would empty the bucket twice a day for a week or so.
Then after a month it was like every 3 days
Now I haven't emptied the bucket in almost 3 weeks !!
It keeps the basement a perfect humidity and I literally forgot we have it.
So easy to use and very affordable.
Great product !!!
