Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first dehumidifier and I absolutely love it. I would give it a 10 star if I could. I have had it for several months and it has removed a couple hundred gallons of water in my basement (I had a plumbing leak). I couldn't believe how well this works. No more musty smell or dampness. I actually have a dry basement! Incredible! I have recommended this product and friends who got it have not been disappointed. Really

Quietly does it's work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suppose it was nearly a month ago that I purchased this unit and from day one I could see the difference in the amount of moisture it removed compared to an older unit. It was easy to hook up a hose to my floor drain so I simply followed the instructions in the manual and just simply does what it's supposed to do. I don't own an expensive device for measuring humidity so I'm unable to measure it that way... I just see the pulsation trickles of water coming out the end of the hose to know it is working. Yes, I'd buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product on line. It worked great for the first few months -quiet, efficient, effective- then started leaking. We followed the steps to contact the manufacturer and were able to turn the defective one in for a new one at a local store with no additional cost to us. The new dehumidifier is working great although we've only had it for a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Dehumidifier 5 months ago. It has been one of our best ever buys. In our area it was a very wet fall and early winter. We left it on the Continuous setting and it took out a full bucket every day until December. The dehumidifier works no matter what temperature is in our basement. It has kept the basement of our 105 year old house dry and odor free.

Noticed a Difference Immediately!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dehumidifier. Great price from a great brand. We use it on the second half of our basement which is unfinished. Prior to having it you could smell and feel the moisture on that side of the basement. I notice a huge difference by having this running down there. The air is less thick and the smell is noticeably less.
