Works Well But Runs Nearly ALL The Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works fine except it runs nearly all the time in spite of humidity level being OK. Saw this criticism in other reviews. Worried about the electrical costs and that unit will wear out prematurely. Runs a LOT more than our previous unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Kevin! I understand your concerns with your dehumidifier running a lot. When the set humidity is satisfied, the compressor will shut off and the fan will cycle off and on to circulate and sample the room air; which is what you’re possibly hearing. Kindly– CiCi

Working like a champ

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the dehumidifier for several weeks and it is doing a fine job in our 2000 sq. ft. basement. It is keeping the humidity at a steady level and is quieter than any other dehumidifiers we have had - that is definitely a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the garden hose I attached to it allows it to work constantly. I was hoping to keep the humidity at 40%. It reaches that at times, but is usually 45-50%. I haven't had it long enough to comment on changes in my basement, but it seems to be working quite well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It pulls the humidity out very efficiently and runs very quite. The birdcage fan contributes greatly to its quietness. I would definitely buy the product again.
