I have an under ground storm shelter and it sweats all the time so I got this and it stays dry.
This thing is great but now its winter and I have to turn it off because the pump might freeze up because the tube goes to the outside so lets see if it starts back when it start back up later.

I have only had this dehumidifier for 6 months but it has been great..It takes the humidity down to 40 with no problem.
My old one had a temperature reading which I liked.
Also an option for a timer would be good.

I was very pleased with this purchase (my second Frigidaire dehumidifier). The dampness was removed from the room within hours!

This is the second one that we have used. The first one had some problems and Frigidaire was quick to replace it with the one we currently have in our basement. It is easy to operate and it keeps the humidity at a comfortable level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great! We were concerned about it being a little small for the space we needed it for, but it performs perfectly and we've had no issues with humidity since we've started using it.

I liked the dehumidifier when I first got it. After 8 months, the compressor wouldn't start when turning the unit on, so I basically had a huge dehumidifier sized fan.
I probably wouldn't buy it again as it only lasted 8 months. I need something more reliable and don't want to buy one every year.
Yes, I contacted the company, and am in the process of getting a refund for my purchase through their warranty, but that still doesn't change my opinion.
I wish everything today wasn't plastic and made to be discarded in a year or two. I remember things lasting and would love to spend extra money to buy one that would last.
