[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] there is a bolt on the bottom of the machine that keeps working loose; it is easily replaced but the dehumidifier is too heavy for me to turn over to use a screw driver for an attempted more secure return. we use this appliance 24/7 in a basement setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hope It Lasts More than 18 Months!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far its working good, but Frigidaire makes dehumidifiers that suck out the moisture. The only problem is they don't seem to last too long. I only use mine during the non winter months in my basement and they last maybe 1 to 1.5 seasons, but inevitably at the start of the spring I have to go out and purchase another one. I keep good care of them clean the filter out, make sure the machine is well maintained, and store it properly, but for some reason they just break. Its really frustrating because compared to other brands Frigidaire seem to be on the good side of dehumidifiers. The worse part of them breaking so often is trying to get rid of them, because you can't just put them out with the trash you have to take it to a refuse place and pay to get rid of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you experience any difficulties, please contact us prior to purchasing another appliance, because you will probably be within that warranty period. ~ Brandi

Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beauty took ten minutes to set-up. Set the dial and it works great! It is in a HVAC utility room and keeps the humidity low making the whole house more comfortable. That's not easy to achieve in Nashville in August!
