[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier works great. Keeps my basement nice and dry even when the dryer is running. I would give it five stars if there was a small pump on the drainage hose outlet so I didn't need it to be on a stand to gravity drain to the sink.

It worked for a season!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This summer every few days this unit would have ice build up. Now over the last 4 weeks all I get is an error "EC" every few days. The manual talks about recommended temperature range and I don't have that problem. The unit is out of the 1 year warranty, so it must be time to find a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
