Quiet and Effective! Exceeded my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely satisfied with our Frigidaire dehumidifier. It performs very well. Frigidaire's product descriptions are reliably and accurately descriptive. I am pleased with its ability to control the humidity in our largest room, the 750 sqft great room. Within three days of initial operation, the FAD704DWD reduced the room's 70% humidity level to where it should be...and it continues to keep it there when we operate it according to the manual. I should note here that the great room is connected to the foyer, the main hallway, the dining room, and the kitchen by means of doorless entry ways. Really impressive. Another note is that the humidifier's performance is this good regardless of the HVAC system settings. For example, whether the HVAC system is off; or if it is on, regardless of the air circulation's On, Auto, or Recirculate settings. Cleaning and maintenance are easy. I plan to eventually use the Continuous Drainage mode as described in the Use and Care manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it in our laundry room, elevated on a shelf and connected to continuously drain into laundry room sink. It is relatively quiet and cycle on/off as appropriately. Definitely would recommend.

Quiet and efficient
