[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a couple months ago. Reviews were not all favorable, but all dehumidifiers seem to be very poorly made these days. So time will tell whether this was a good purchase or not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works better than I thought it would. It replaced another brand appliance that was a lemon. Would recommend to everyone and would definitely buy this brand appliance again.

Broke 3 months after warranty expired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set this up in my basement with a drain hose. Worked great for about 16 months. It now displays an error code and will not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Goodness! Your dehumidifier is covered by a limited one-year warranty and a limited 2-5 year warranty on the sealed system (the compressor, condenser, evaporator and tubing), wlcohen. This information is on the last page of your Owner’s Manual. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great purchase. I no longer have to empty the bucket every day since I was able to hook up a drain hose the this unit. My shoulders ache from carrying the heavy container of water so there is one less thing to worry about.
