joy to have & use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into our home November1 of 2016. I plugged in the unit during the month of March 2017. The unit has been operating until today 10-18-2017. Great operation.It is operating with a setting of 55%. I have connected the hose and directed the water to my cellar sump. Great unit, easy to set-up and no problem to maintain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent when it runs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had three units of this model. First one conked out after a year, second one lasted four or five months. The third one was installed about six weeks ago, is running now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought 3 of these units. The first was a present for my in-laws about 7 years ago. I bought one for my church, and one for my home about 6 months ago. They are all working great.
My sister-in-law also has one that is 6 years old. Still works great.
They are also very quiet operating.
