[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use at my Lake House while away and it worked perfectly. The hose attachment is a must if you want it to run as needed. The setting of the % Humidity is another great feature.

Easy to use and works great

It works great and my basement is much less damp and smells so much better it is easy to dump and I have had not one single issue with it. it really sucks out a ton of moisture, I dump it twice a day when it's raining a lot.

Solid performance and reliability

The controls allow me to select the ideal humidity level for the basement. It is also fairly quiet when operating.

Very effective

I purchased this a month ago and initially it probably took 3 gallons of water out of our air daily. The air smells fresher and you can definitely tell that the humidity is lower. We no longer have to run it continuously. Apparently the moisture has been drawn out of are clothing and mattresses and such. Little louder than I like but know that most of the humidity is been drawn out of our furniture and clothing we just run it when we are away.

Quiet and efficient

This unit worked quickly (and quietly) to get rid of the smell, within just a few days. It is easy to empty the water bucket, and the notification lights are helpful.
