Only have had it for a few weeks, but so far so good. Was concerned regarding negative reviews on Frigidaire units and a friend's bad experience. Store sales associate highly recommended this newer unit, so I went with it. Hope it lasts.

Humidity levels get very high in the south. this whole house machine, was a lifestyle element my home had never had. I extended the warranty because its an addition to my home always. It works very well for my needs. Works very well!!!!

Dehumidifier

We only owned it for about 1 month and the handle broke, not very durable. It took several phone calls to get rectified, I wanted a new bucket assembly, they said no they have to replace whole unit and they would get back to me within 48 hours. After 3-4 days, I called them again and they decided to send me the whole bucket. Which I wanted in the first place. And it was shipped very quick, thank you
