Not great for shop use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these in my shop which is a dusty environment. Even with an extra air filter propped in front of the air intake, within 2-3 years, they become clogged up internally from dust and cease to be efficient. I've had 4 of these over the last 10 years, none lasting more than 3 years. The filter that is built in is entirely inadequate. Perhaps in a home situation it would be OK, but for a shop, it will have a limited life expectancy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While difficult to get out of packaging, it set up and started easily. A garden hose was not supplied for direct draining to a floor drain, which would have been an easy znd welcome addition. After I supplied this, it has been fine

Reliable Dehumidifier

Very easy to set up and use in my basement. Had to buy a separate hose in order to use drain in basement . Functioning very well thus far. Haven't noticed a large bump in my electric bill. keep a very large basement at the proper humidity level.

Arrived damaged but works fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit arrived with a two inch crack in the back and the bucket handle was jammed and prevented the bucket from being removed. I had to partially open the bucket and use a long screwdriver to free the handle before the bucket could be removed. It has been running and working fine for several weeks now. I previously had the 50 pint model which worked fine for years, however it was recalled due to being a fire hazzard.
I would recommend this to a friend!
