Great product...very easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this three months ago. It has done a great job getting moisture out of the air. I personally think it paid for itself the first month. I was truly amazed how hard this machine works. You could tell the air was drier and cleaner in a matter of a few days. Love it!

Frigidaire Dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Frigidaire Dehumidifier of the same model. Only purchased a new one because the older version was on recall. Has been working fine for me. Using it in a finished basement. Basin is easy to empty but you can attach a drain line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a God send! It really works so well. I can't believe how much water it pulls from the air! Crazy! I have to check it daily to empy it, otherwise it will just stop, which is so nice if I forget! lol
Be careful however, since it doesn't like the cold temps!

Great dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit controls humidity in 660 sq ft basement. The side drain in back, top exhaust, and front intake are good features. Highly recommended.

Disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace one that we had for years. When we unpacked it from the shipping box everything looked fine. Once set up this item worked, however it had a misterious leak coming from the inside. Upon examination wirh a flashlight we could see water coming from around the fan and out the bottom even though it was properly hooked up to automatic discharge. However, they have said we will be reimbursed our purchase price. Which we are awaiting and have not been told yet what to do with the old machine. Their correspondence with us could have been better. The local distributor stated to us that this is not uncommon for this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It had a two inch crack in the back of the unit and the bucket handle was jammed inside preventing the water bucket from being removed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
