[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model about a month age and it is the first Frigidaire I've had, and I hope it lasts longer than the other brands that we've owned. So far I like it and it seems to be a good fit for what I need. The only drawback would be the fact that the bucket is nearly impossible to remove or to replace after emptying. That part was poorly engineered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier after having a flooded basement. After fixing mu sump pump and having fans dry the basement, it still smelled and was damp. After purchasing this dehumidifier, within two days the humidity level went down from 70% to 55%. At the end of the week the humidity was down to 35%. Very easy to use, I have it draining with a drain hose to the basement sump. Very quiet and does not produce much excess heat at all. Love it!
