Best humidifier ever!

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this product as a replacement for an old dehumidifier that didn’t work! We were happy with the features of the Frigidaire with energy Star rating! It does the job and we love the large capacity, quiet fan and the attachment hose that runs to our drain! Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great dehumidifier!

Failed after a year

I purchased a Frigidare 70 pint dehumidifier three years ago and it failed after less then a year. Frigidare repaced it for free. The next one had the same result. The current one failed after less then 4 months and even though its still under warrentee, I'm moving on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really does the Job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about 2 months ago. Now that it is "summer", it pulls enough water to require the bucket to be emptied once a day. The only weak point appears to be with bucket removal and re-installing. Not smooth and re-installing could be the future cause of breakage.

I just bought this unit for the second time in two years. The first one was so good I decided to get a repeat, and I'm glad I did. This is the best rated unit on the market per Consumer Reports, and I believe it.
