Really pulls the water from the air

Great when it worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in July '17. Started failing January '18. "EC" error has rendered it useless. Currently waiting for action from customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month as my other non Frigidaire one was old and kept overflowing. I first bought this for my root cellar which is next to the laundry room. There's always dampness and I run a dehumidifier 24/7. My other was a 30 pint and I had to empty it several times a day...if I didn't, it overflowed. The 70 pint was perfect. Then I connected a 15 ft hose to it so the water can go straight into the laundry room floor drain. I also like the fact that this will run when its 41 degrees. My root cellar doesn't get colder than that but it still gets quite humid even in winter. I was so pleased with this that I bought another 70 pint one for the downstairs area outside the laundry room and a 50 pint one for upstairs. What a difference, a nice difference, lack of humidity inside the house is. I live outside of St Louis MO which is quite humid. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GREAT PRODUCT. WANTED TO REDUCE THE HUMIDITY IN MY BASEMENT AND IT WORKS GREAT. SINCE I HAVE BEEN USING IT MY UPSTAIRS HAS BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE AND THIS UNIT IS VERY EASY TO SET UP.

Great Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our basement humidity had risen to about 61%, so I purchased this unit about 3-4 weeks ago. Our humidity levels have dropped to 40%. Works great. Only wish it would completely shut down when it has reached the desired humidity level settings. Compressor stops, but fan keeps running. Overall, I am very happy with this.
