Works well but doesn’t drain properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice looking unit and does its job, but the automatic draining doesn’t seem to work properly. The bucket keeps filling up even though hose is attached.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some tips that can alleviate your concerns is to ensure the dehumidifier is set to a proper setting (low enough RH% so the unit turns on) and a garden hose is connected properly and tight enough. Your garden hose should be 11/16" (17.5 mm) or larger in diameter, must not be “kinked” and must allow water to flow “downhill” and free of debris, tears or holes.

Finally-A product that does what it promises!

Good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance works great. The only issue that I have is that it a little difficult to pull out the condensate bucket. However in the future I plan to install this like my old one so that the condensate drains to my condensate return pump.

Great Product!

It greatly reduced the humidity in our home and has allowed us to set our AC thermostat two degrees higher. We expect this to result in great savings on our electric bill. A good purchase

Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Frigidaire dehumidifier that lasted me about 9 years with continuous use so I went back to the same brand but increased the capacity. My basement has never been drier and there are no smells of dampness. This dehumidifier is worth every penny. I expect it to last for many years!
