Very Efficient and Convenient

This model is very efficient and does a nice job collecting water. The model is a little loud, but the noise does not pose a problem when used in the basement. The only issue I have is the bucket appears to be made out of thinner plastic. If you change it on a regular basis I can see the material possibly breaking. Other than that the model is as advertised at a decent price. I would recommend this product to a friend.

I don't like to review a product until I have had it installed and running for at least 3 months. While I have had this product for only one month, it is doing a much better job than the unit it replaced.

I purchased this unit for he downstairs area which is half furnished. The unit is situated in a utility room to relieve the living area of noise and allow drainage.
I have not utilized the reservoir on the unit and so will not comment on that. The unit was easy to setup and has presented no problems. I did purchase in store warranty as reviews I had read indicated these were prone to failure. The filter is easily accessed for cleaning and the unit has been keeping the downstairs comfortable. I was hoping to find a highly rated unit that could pump the water outside as this would make the placement of the unit more flexible.

Unboxed it, plugged it in and within 4 hours the basement air was noticeably free of the mustiness that comes with summer humidity. More than 2 months later, it's been sucking 140 pints out of the air daily with no signs of slowing down.
