[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New Hampshire in the summer is HUMID. This product makes our home much more reasonable to live in both for the humans and two dogs. Only trouble is why we did not buy it sooner.

Works good, difficult to empty full bucket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace a 10 year old unit. It works well, my biggest disappointment is that it is not easy to remove the full bucket from the unit without some spillage and then after being able to engage the handle and then pour into a secondary bucket. The side on which to pour is not a pour spout, just the edge of the bucket. As I empty this twice per day, in three weeks, I still have not had a good pour where none spilled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it's doing the job, on keeping my basement at 55% humidity level. I like the features, such as setting your own humidity level and shutting itself off once that level is reached. I haven't had the unit long enough to give it 5 stars.

Great dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We owned an older model 70 pint unit and after years of use it finally gave out. So we found this as the replacement unit after some searching and reading of reviews. It holds up to the old unit and keeps the humidity level down. It is much quieter than the old unit and a bit more compact. The only downside is the compactness has limited the bucket a bit so we are emptying it more often. Otherwise this has been a good replacement and we are happy with it.
