[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has not stopped working since I bought it 3 weeks ago. Empty it 3-4 times a day (so much humidity). Wish I could hook up an outside drain but can't because of location. Since installed, the house is cooler and so much better. This is a real workhorse and yes, I recommend.

I was happy with the prior model so stayed with what we liked. I find this to be a quiet unit and does what it is meant to do.
