Clean dry air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this appliance about a month ago to replace an older Maytag dehumidifier in the basement. Right on - it is quiet, it emits clean dry air and it is reliable.

It Broke!

48 hours after plugging it in, I went to empty the water and the handle broke off as I was pulling the reservoir out. It is a terrible design...only held on by two small screws. I returned it to the store I purchased it from.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for about 6 months then not needed in winter so we shut it off. Turned on in spring when needed lasted a couple of days and got the dreaded EC code on display

Hi UNHAPPYGUY. We do recommend checking the following conditions. Outlet voltage should be 115V±10% and the surrounding temperature should be with in the range of 41 °F to 96 °F. Unplug the dehumidifier and plug it in again under normal operating conditions.
