This unit is quiet and runs great. I am amazed at the amount of water that it is able to pull out of the air. My basement use to have this musky feeling to it, but now it feels and smells a whole lot better. I would recommend this unit to anyone for its great performance. I also love that the filter is washable and there is no need to purchase a new filter. Just pull it out and wash it and you are ready to go again.

The main issue with your product is the humidity gauge/reading is way off. By a lot. reads 15% higher than actual. i have an accurate digital gauge to compare against units showing.

So far no problems. Keeps lafge basement at 50% humidity on continuous operation. Continuous drain feature works well
