Does what it's supposed to do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been running this unit a couple of months now, works good! Just the right number of features. Have it hooked up with a drain hose (the unit is in the basement), only need to clean the filter every couple of weeks. So far, so good.

Efficient, but still noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace an energy inefficient older model. It works well and I have it hooked up to my sump pump to allow continuous drainage. It is loud when on like others, which is unfortunate. However, it is a good appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my VERY damp basement, we had heavy rains in Minnesota and it was causing dampness on floors and mildew all up my walls. Within a very short time and many times emptying the unit, I had bone dry floors and after scrubbing the walls, they remained mildew free.
Now I empty it when I get up in the morning and again after work. It is a quiet machine that is easy to empty and maintain. I would recommend this to everyone!

Seems to be working great, but the CO feature was

Quiet unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have this a few weeks now and for the first time in 30 years we are draining a dehumidifier directly rather than dealing with bucket needing to be emptied. Therefore it’s hard to tell how much moisture is being removed from room. But this is the quietest unit we ever had.

It came with easy to understand instructions to use and was set up and running in minutes! The unit has been extremely effective in lowering the humidity in my basement and now has us using the basement all the time. Thank you!
