I bought this about a month ago and I am impressed at how good it is. It replaced an older unit that was struggling and within perhaps two days had the basement humidity to 40%.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 1st one in autumn of 2014. The condenser/compressor or whatever gave out this June. I replaced it with the same model. This was my 1st dehumidifier, so I don't know how long they typically last. I purchased a 2 year additional warranty on my 2nd one. I live in Wisconsin so it gets used alot in summer & not much the rest of the year. I like the easy attachment of a normal hose for continuous operation. Some brands require a brand specific hose for that. The controls are simple and the filter is easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!
