Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you, Fridgidaire, for your prompt and kind replacement of our defective unit. Your dehumidifier is excellent but as with all machines they can breakdown. Fridgidaire replaced the unit promptly and with ease. The new unit is working superbly and holds basement humidity at 45% nicely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in the beginning of June for our basement, which always has had a musty smell and always just felt somewhat damp. This dehumidifier is fantastic! It got rid of the dampness and the smell along with it. It has pretty low energy consumption and is relatively quiet. No complaints at all!

Quiet, well made unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dehumidifier is quiet and maintains 50-55% humidity in wide open 1300 sq ft basement relatively easy. Unit appears to be made well. Would give 5 stars if had a built in pump and/or larger water tank.
