Quieter than our previous dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this as a replacement unit. We had just experienced flooding in our area and our sump pump lost power. A small portion of our basement carpeting got wet. We used our carpet shampooer to get up the majority of water and used the dehumidifier along with a small fan to finish drying the carpeting. It did a wonderful job; we saved our carpeting. We have now moved it to a new location in our downstairs family room. We are very pleased with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Kept basement dry

Works like a work-horse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced the same unit that had stopped working, but the company covered a full replacement. The last one lasted 3 years and never had an issue. These units are great and so is the company. They stand behind their products.

Great dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit about 3 weeks. It’s amazingly quiet.
I’ve run the drain house outside so I don’t have to keep going downstairs to empty it. The reservoir holds a great deal of water but, for me, that’s not important.

Great product

It replaces an older unit from a different manufacturer that failed after many years of service. This new dehumidifier is doing a great job through the most humid part of the year.
