Small and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit to dry up the asement and keep it dry. Works great, quickly removed excess moisture in a very large 14 course basement (11 foot ceiling). Within 24 hours dropped the humidity from 85% to under 50. It has a convenient hose attachment.

Simply Great Humidifier

Frigidaire stands behind their products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased this dehumidifier in 2015 and it worked great. It uses much less electricity than any dehumidifier I had before. About a month ago I started getting an error code. I went in line and find a customer service number to call. I gave them a call and explained the error code. After the customer rep went through a checklist to see if she could help me she determined that I was eligible to receive a replacement unit free of charge! She emailed me a form and I submitted the proper paperwork. Within 2 days I had a new unit on my doorstep. I couldn’t believe it. Now that’s customer service at its best. I will be a loyal Frigidaire customer for years to come.
