Works well.....when it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Frigidaire dehumidifier in a year. First one failed after about 10 months and was replaced under warranty but with a different unit.
The replacement unit came in a flimsy box box that had been damaged in transit. Unit ran and collected water but wouldn’t turn off once the preset humidity level was reached. This unit was subsequently replaced.
Third unit seems to be OK but only ran a few weeks before we turned off for the season. Not sure why Frigidaire can’t make a dehumidifier that is able to last more than one season.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Musty smell gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago and it’s been working great! We recently finished our basement but noticed it was beginning to smell damp and musty down there. Once we started using this the smell went away, the air smells fresh and clean. It’s amazing how much water this pulls out of the air. Would highly recommend. We’ll see how long the system lasts, but so far no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for 1200 sf basement. Keeps the whole area dry and comfortable, even side rooms. Features are easy to use and with the drain hookup, just set it and let it run. Built sturdy and with quality in mind.
