[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a separate humidity meter from Walmart to see how the unit is working. I set the unit to 50 and the Walmart meter reads the same amount of humidity every day. Seems to be a good machine.

I bought this about a month ago and it is keeping the humidity in my basement at the level I set. A few days ago the 'clean filter' light came on and it was extremely easy to get to and to clean. I have a hose hooked to it so it drain directly into a drain about 3 feet away. I did not want to have to hassle with emptying a filled bucket from the removed moisture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier in the summer for use in the basement of a 90+ yr. old house. It efficiently removed moisture and drained directly into the sump pump pit.
