Unfortunate experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago. It did not remove any moisture from basement air. It was sent back, and another of same size/brand was ordered. It did not work either, and was sent back too. A different brand was purchased locally, and it works great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Improve Your Instruction Booklet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier seems like a good product, and is functioning well so far, about six weeks in. But I had significant problems understandings and executing the instructions as they related to choosing humidity levels vs. CO or constant operation. I did eventually figure it out.

Easy to use and works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use in my attic and keep the condensation off my AC duct work. It’s doing a great job and turned out to be an inexpensive fix to my problem. I drained it directly in a condensation run off pipe so I can run it continuously. Works like a charm.

Best I’ve ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned my “first” machine for slightly longer than the warranty period. After talking with the warranty department at Frigidaire, they determined it should still be replaced, and was - free! Shipping and follow-up included! That said, the performance of this unit is superior. If necessary, I will own another just like it!

Also, check that the dehumidifier is not in the CONTINUOUS , use the humidity button or knob to set a RH% higher level. Works perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit for a spa/gym room to keep the humidity down when we uncover the Jacuzzi. The building is 28' long by 12 ft wide. This unit keeps the humidity below 55% and we have never seen a drop of moisture on the gym equipment or TV. The only issue I have with this unit is that when you pull the water tray out by the handle is pops off so I grab the body instead of the handle.
