So Far So Good

It has been 2 months since we put this unit in service. It's located in our crawl space. We have a remote humidity sensor located about 10' away from the dehumidifier. With the humidity level set at 50%, our humidity meter has displayed readings consistently between 44 & 48%. Let's hope things stay that way...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and been happy so far. Does a good job dehumidifying a 800 sq. ft. basement. 70 pint bucket is good for all day operation, automatic on/off works great.

Works well but loud and fan only has one speed

Controls humidity but seems to always run on high speed. Beeps when you switch to low speed but fan still runs on high.

Thank you for your feedback. This model should have two fan settings: low and high. When you press the fan speed button, you say you hear a beep. Do you see the indicator light on the screen change? You should see the light on the left side of the screen switch between hi and lo. This will indicate the fan speed has changed! If you have any further questions, please give us a call at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST.

This is My Third One

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to run a dehumidifier in my garage, and I have two garages. It helps keep it a little cooler feeling and reduces mold and mildew on certain items. My first Frigidaire died after a year and Frigidaire replaced it for free. Now I have another one for my other garage and both are working fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is used in my 20' x 22' finished part of my basement. Humidity level is set at 50% and keeps the room feeling good. Just wish it were more quiet when it is running (even on the low fan setting). Overall I am happy with this product.
