Excellent experience. My original dehumidifier had a problem and needed to be replaced. Everything went great with the replacement process. Great process and it was very fast.

Great dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this dehumidifier. I use it in the basement and it’s very quite. The fan seems to run most of the time but that probably a good thing. Nice features also.

Great Product with Amazing Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit in 2015 and run it every day in my basement. I have had no issues until recently when an EC code appeared on the display. I tried clearing it, unplugging it, resetting it - it would clear momentarily and then return. I contacted customer service and this is what set them apart from any other brand I have owned. I will never purchase anything but this brand!! Customer service quickly answered my questions, explained the process for replacement and free of charge I received a new unit in a week delivered to my door. I couldn't be more pleased and the whole process was simple and the representative was wonderful. I will only recommend this unit to all my family friends - not only for its super quiet and efficient performance but also for the exceptional customer service I received 4 YEARS after purchasing it. Thank you Frigidaire and the Electrolux customer service rep that helped me. I truly appreciate it and now we are back up and running again. You really can't ask for anything better and it was so refreshing to see that there is a business that still takes care of customers and warrants its product.

The BEST, Period !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many dehumidifiers over the past thirty years !!! So far Frigidaire is the BEST . After the third bad one of another brand went bad I switched to Frigidaire and I am NOT looking back !!! The other units that went bad under warranty were replaced with Frigidaire and I bought the first one outright ! Now I have two Frigidaires !!! GREAT DEHUMIDIFIER and I tell everyone !!! Thanks Frigidiaire !!!
