Great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after approximately two years my dehumidifier continue to give me a EC code and would not work. Frigidaire stood behind their product and sent me a brand new unit, as it was still under warranty. A customer service rep was respectful and helpful and very user-friendly

I owned a dehumidifier for almost three years. Last month is gave me an EC error code. After calling customer service they replaced the unit with a brand new one. Thank you Frigidaire.
