Broke after 14 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier worked well while it was still operating which is why I give it 2 stars. But it broke 2 months after the 1 year warranty expired, so now I need to get a new one. Not sure if I will go with Frigidaire again....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been in our house for twenty years and never thought we needed A deep humidifier this 70 pint dehumidifier was rated very good by consumers and I would have to agree this thing worked magic is taking the musty smell out of the house breathing is better allergies are better.

Hi, Lorietate! Thank you for taking the time out to share your feedback with us. In continuous operation the dehumidifier is running constantly to extract the moisture from the air. However, when you are setting the humidity settings to your preferred setting. The dehumidifier will run until it reaches that humidity, and it may or may not be water in the bucket, depending on the dampness level.

Outstanding dehumidifier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Frigidaire dehumidifier. My first one lasted 6 years and then started getting EC error codes. It was great until that happened. Hopefully my second Frigidaire dehumidifier doesn't come down with the same problems.
