Solid dehumidifier

Quiet and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dehumidifier in my 1000 square foot unfinished basement for a month now. The first thing I noticed was how quiet it is. Secondly after a few days of operation the humidity level in my basement dropped from 85% to 55%. I can see a visible difference in the unfinished concrete floor as moisture is drawn out and there is no longer a “musty” smell. Very pleased with the results.

Wish they lasted longer than 3 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of the China-made dehumidifiers seem to fail after 3 years, no matter the brand. Older ones went more than 10....sad state today.

SAVES ON A/C USE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By using this dehumidifier (with digital readout) I have been able to increase the temperature in my house by 5 degrees. I used to have to put the central A/C to 70 degrees to get the comfort level we desired. Now, after having this dehumidifier running for almost a month, I have the thermostat set at 75 degrees and enjoying the comfort. This 5 degree difference would never have been possible without the proficiency of this dehumidifier.

Awesome company & customer service. When I was having problems with my old units I contacted the company and explain the problem that I was having. Bottom line my system was faulty in the company sent me a replacement through the mail. Thank you for Providing outstanding customer service . Whomever was involved in taking care of my issues I would like to thank them as well.
