[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit for our home because we have one in our Church basement where we have dampness. The Church unit has been running flawlessly for 4 years. The one I have purchased is doing the job well but has only been in service for a month. I hope it will contine to work as well as our Church unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my 70 pint capacity Dehumidifier about three years ago and recently the compressor quit working. I called Frigidaire and told them what was going on and they sent me a new Dehumidifier. They new one is working fine and doing a great job. Thank you Frigidaire !

Great Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought this in 2015 and it performed well for four years. We set it at 40-45% relative humidity which seemed to be a nice balance of energy usage for a basement that normally had a 70-75% relative humidity. Unfortunately, an EC error code showed up and it essentially stopped working. A little research turned up others who had a similar problem and I discovered it was likely a defective compressor that still was under the five year warranty. It took a while to get ahold of someone in customer service, but once I did, they were very helpful. They emailed a sheet with instructions for getting a replacement. I provided the information requested and two weeks later I had a new unit on our doorstep. It works great so far.
