Strong machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier to replace one that started leaking. My new dehumidifier starting pulling out at least twice as much moisture from the air in the basement as my other one. I’m very pleased! It’s been cooler in the basement this summer due to the reduced humidity!

Good machine, even better warranty

This dehumidifier worked very well for three summers, then stopped working towards the end of the fourth, with an error code. It was close to the end of the season, so I figured I'd deal with it later. The fifth summer, I tried it again just in case and it worked for a little while and then again stopped with an error. Frigidaire then honored my warranty when it was almost up, and did so in an extremely convenient and prompt way. I wish I had confidence the new one would last more than three and a half years, but I doubt I could do better elsewhere. And I'm very impressed with this company's warranty and the way in which they honor it.
