Excellent Warranty and Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We owned two of these dehumidifiers and they are stellar performers. They operate quietly, the filters are easy to remove and clean, and the digital controls allow for precise settings. When the compressor apparently failed in one of the units we contacted customer support for assistance. After some over-the-phone diagnostic questions the agent determined that the unit was not repairable, and since it was still under warranty it would be replaced at no cost. We had the replacement within only 10 days! Very impressed with the way Frigidaire stands behind their products.

GETS THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!!

Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two units a few months ago & they seem to be running well. Place where I purchased it said that it is like other dehumidifiers and so is not expected to be all that long lasting. Therefore I reserve a better rating for when the unit is a few years old.
