Great Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Frigidaire 70 pint dehumidifier (purchased in 2015) started faulting out. I contacted Frigidaire's Customer Service and providing documentation, they shipped my a new one at no charge even though my unit was out of warranty.

Something that does it's job well !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a condo with a finished basement and needed a dehumidifier to control the environment downstairs. I wanted one that could be placed by a wall and need not be stationed in the middle of a room. To meet this requirement I wanted something that took-in air through the front and exhausted air upward through the top. This Frigidaire was one of a few that fit the bill. The bucket holds alot of water and in my case needs to be emptied about every 12 hours. When considering buying a dehumidifier there are two indisputable facts you must remember.
1. There is no such thing as an energy efficient dehumidifier. They all use lots of electricity. You will notice it in your electric bill.
2. Blower noise is required to properly circulate air. The stronger the blower the better the air is being circulated and dehumidified.
I've had my unit for 3 months now and I'm very happy with the job it's doing.
