Bucket hard to remove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dehumidifier is working well. The bucket is hard to remove and replace to empty, it is a poor fit and I have to insert it at just the right angle and fiddle with it each time to get put back in place. I left it on continuous operation the first several days as instructed to get the basement dry, so this caused a spike in the electric bill. Now it runs less and keeps it at 45%, emptying the bucket once a day. I bought the 4 year service agreement since dehumidifiers only last 12 to 18 months and they are not worth repairing at your own expense.

Good buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this dehumidifier for about 1 month, it has worked great for my 1000 sq ft basement and removed the humidity as expected. It is not as loud as others I have tried but it is certainly not quiet. I added a hose to drain water rather than using the bucket and has worked fine so far.

Emptied it twice a day, thought it would never catch up. It finally got to the point where the auto feature was set at different %s and it works great keeping at those settings.

Works as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike two other brands I purchased and returned, this unit does what is supposed to. It turns off when the desired humidity is reached and checks for changes. The only thing I would suggest is some sort of finger grips on the bucket and wheel locks to aid emptying it.
