After 2 days it is now very noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plugged it in and it ran constantly and removed the moisture in the air but after 2 days it makes a very noticeable grinding noise.

It is normal to hear some sounds from the dehumidifier while it is running; typically, if it is still working well there should not be a functional issue. Please ensure that it is sitting solidly on the ground and there are no loose components rattling against the frame. If the noise gets louder or you begin to notice issues with function, please give us a call at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST at your convenience.
