Quiet and effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier was purchased this summer for our basement. Our last one ran constantly regardless of the moisture level. You set this one digitally to your desired level and let it work. It turns off when it reaches the specified humidity.

Good—for now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Four stars because it has been in use for only six weeks. It has been functioning as it should and I am pleased with it. This is the first Frigidaire dehumidifier I have tried. I have had many different brands over a 25-year period and they all stopped working after a year, so I am hopeful this unit will last as long as I need it.

It took 3 units for me to get through the last 2 years. Thanks, Frigidaire, for a dehumidifier that is working right, so far.
