Sucks water like a vacuum sucks dirt!

Poor quality contol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am happy with this unit but it initially had a loud rattling noise when the compressor kicked in. It turned out that two of the copper were too close together and were banging against each other. After re-forming one the problem has been resolved and the unit works well. This shows poor quality control at the factory.

Easy to empty bucket with handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has gotten rid of the odor in the basement and pulled out so much humidity out of the air. The whole family loves it including my wife I take the water out and pour it in their plants.
