Controlling Basement Humidity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit to control humidity in the basement of a newly acquired lake house. It has been laboring away for a month now without any issues so far.
The humidity is noticeably lower in the basement.
Constant drain through a hose to the sump pump system is very convenient.

Functions well

Very good customer service for the replaced units. This unit has been in operation for approximately two months with no issues. Very effective in removing moisture from large areas.

Humming Right Along

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about 30 days ago after a competitor model just failed after two years. Set up in lower finished level of condo (basement) and unit will certainly be put to the test with new building standards of "positive air flow" circulation being brought in at that level and a constant fan exhaust in an upper level 1/2 bath. S.W Michigan has had its share of rain and damp nights, but the unit set at 50% humidity to date is operating flawlessly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit to replace an older unit in my basement because it kept leaking. The Frigidaire unit had the garden hose attachment for the continuous drain, not just a "push on" plastic hose (that usually leaks). This unit has been in operation for over a month and it works flawlessly. My basement is noticeable much dryer. I'd recommend this unit to anyone looking to maintain a comfortable environment for a large space.
