Clinking Noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my dehumidifer a few weeks back. It works wonderfully, pulling lots of water out of the air. However, each time it shuts off, it makes a klanking noise like the motor is being shook. It is quiet when it works, but distracting when it turns off.

Exactly what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having new drain tile installed in our basement, we needed to get the humidity out. After researching, this one seemed to have the features I wanted for a reasonable price. I like the 2 fan speeds as our climate changes for super humid to super dry or somewhere in between. Easy to unpack. Easy to hook up the hose. Simple instructions in the manual. Ran it for a couple days and it got our basement humidity down to the 40s. We have a large basement so once I saw how good this dehumidifier was, I bought another one for the other side of the basement. This one I don't have hooked up to a hose yet, so I empty the bucket. Easy process. Definitely recommend this model.
