Does the job well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I leave it in the bathroom and it does a great job removing the humidity in the room while in the shower. I can fill the bucket with water in about a week. My previous one broke after continuous use for about 8 months. Frigidaire gave me a new one since it’s still under warranty. It’s work great.

Same issue as older one

I have pipe connected so that I don’t have to empty water tank frequently. It worked fine for first few weeks but after that now water goes to water tank even though pipe is connected.

Hello, Mukesh! Thank you for your review. If you are experiencing issues with your appliance draining through the hose, please ensure that the unit is set to a proper setting (low enough RH% so the unit turns on) and a garden hose is connected properly and tight enough. Your garden hose should be 11/16" (17.5 mm) or larger in diameter. The garden hose should not be “kinked” and must allow water to flow “downhill”. Ensure you have checked the garden hose for any debris, tears or holes. Hopefully, this helps. Great Machine

Looks Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had my 2+ year old unit replaced under the warranty because the sealed compression unit crapped out. This past summer it wasn't pulling the humidity out the way it did the first 2 years I owned it. I could hear the compressor running so I was paying for electricity but it wasn't working right. Than about months ago, it threw an error code on it's screen. I Googled the code and found this is not uncommon with this unit. But the good news is that Frigidaire replaced it with a brand new one for free and no hassle at all. We'll see how this unit holds up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performing exactly as advertised. Humidity and damp odor are under control now in the cellar. We use a garden hose so it drains into the sump without monitoring. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is.
